I posted a random balcony bike earlier this year and now your get a second dose of random bike. The only difference this time is that this bike was never meant to be used. Its been secured to the balcony with tie-wraps and surrounded with Christmas lights. I will have to come back in the winter to see if it makes for an interesting Christmas Decoration! Hope you like Plaid! Because today’s post is full of it as yesterday was Ottawa’s 1st Plaid Parade, an event meant to celebrate everything local. While I had hoped to make it to Suzy Q’s Doughnuts for the initial gathering of riders in order to take in all the fashion (and trust me, there were some amazing fashion statements), I ran late and just barely made the start of the Parade. Yesterday was the first time since Fringe that I have had an opportunity to venture around the University of Ottawa Campus. Forgot what it was like to be surrounded by students every couple of feet talking about mid-terms, classes, teachers, and homework. Can’t say I miss it at all!
