The exterior of the Canadian Museum of Civilization has always been on my list of must shoot buildings for this 365. How could it not be? It has to be one of the most beautiful and unique buildings in-and-around Ottawa. With all its curves and shapes, I’ve never really seen anything quite like it! Oh, and did I say it’s also a pretty darn cool museum too?
After much debate (thank you twitter folk for all the suggestions), I settled on the MacDonald Cartier bridge area to get a sunset shot and I was not disappointed. I couldn’t have asked for more! Another Ottawa 365 must for you today, the Laurier House on Laurier Street, just one of Ottawa’s many great National historic sites. While I have never been inside, I do plan on checking it out sometime this summer!
