47 – Running Horses as seen on Sussex Street

When it began to rain during my shoot of the Peace Monument on Tuesday,  I decided to seek shelter in the National Gallery of Canada. I can tell you I”m glad I did because I discovered this beautiful piece of art called “Running Horses” by a Saskatchewan artist called Joe Fafard.  While I know many would say it isn’t as cool as the giant spider, it should still definitely not be overlooked. 35 – Library of Parliament as seen from the Peace Tower

As you can see, yesterday I played the tourist because my family finally decided to take at look at the city I live in, our National Capital.  We started off with the changing of the guard followed by a complete tour of parliament. These shots were taken at the top of the peace tower, if you have not been  I highly recommend it. The view is spectacular.
