Set out to grab a photo last night and as luck would have it, I forgot the tripod. While I was pissed at first, I can now say I am quite thankful I forgot it because it forced me to be a little more creative and shoot something different than the usual. Sometimes things just work out. Enjoy!   [google_map address=’338′ coordinates=’45.438488,-75.678233′ zoom=’15’ height=’300px’]

Located next door to the Prime Minister’s House, this is probably one of my favorite Ottawa buildings, a building I was lucky enough to have visited during last year’s “Door Open Ottawa Weekend”. If they have it on the schedule for next year, you should […]

Very simple and possibly uninteresting picture for you today! Why am I posting this? Because I will finally be crossing this fence to grab photos of one of Ottawa’s most famous landmarks, the Rideau Hall. I had thought I would hold off and try to grab this in the spring, but it appears the Scott Kelbey Photo Walk group I signed up for will be walking through this area today. If you haven’t signed up for one of these walks, there appears to still be time to do so, atleast for the two groups which start at 2 pm and […]
