Went to this corner of Bank and Holmwood to shoot the scene bellow of Lansdowne Park under construction and somehow discovered another amazing example of unique Ottawa architecture. Somehow they have managed to incorporate what looks like either a Cable Car or Trolley Car through the middle of this two unit building. Original to say the least. As for the photo I originally went to capture, I’m impressed by the amount of work they have already done on this site. Seems like they only started working on it just a few months ago.     [google_map address=’315 – Trolley Car […]

Don’t quite know the history of this building, but it is obviously a protected building having survived the areas incredible growth. Normally, I would have taken the time to research it a little, but I am leaving today for a work trip to the USA and am running a little short on time! Hope everyone has a great week, I’ll be posting photos while I am on my short trip so stay tuned.   [google_map address=’288 – Public School as seen in Barrhaven’ coordinates=’45.26942,-75.750947′ zoom=’15’ height=’300px’]

Another OC Transpo photo for you today, but today there is a twist! Well not really a twist, just something a little different. Today I bring you my first photo of the O-Train, its light trail at least. I shot this one on thursday night while waiting for the girlfriend to finish shopping (Round 2) at Tinseltown Christmas Emporium. Perhaps one day I’ll actually go for a ride on the train instead of just taking a picture. Have a great weekend everyone.   [google_map address=’132′ coordinates=’45.407022,-75.718794′ zoom=’15’ height=’300px’]
