It was a beautiful day and a beautiful sky! Shot this hand-held HDR wanting to test out the adjustment tool ability of the photo editing software I just bought, didn’t know I would have actually liked the shot but I did. This is why you are getting what you are getting today! Hope you enjoy!   [google_map address=’297 – Classic Bank of Montreal Building as seen near Parliament’ coordinates=’45.422678,-75.699848′ zoom=’15’ height=’300px’]

Haven’t posted a statue on here in a little while… Hope you all had a great Easter and that you all have a great holiday Monday (at least for those of you who have the day off). While I have lots to say about my trip down south, sadly I don’t have enough time. Got lots of things to do today before beginning my drive back to OttCity tomorrow. Enjoy!   Close-up     The Whole Sculpture   [google_map address=’267 – Terry Fox Statue as seen in front of Parliament’ coordinates=’45.423271,-75.698014′ zoom=’15’ height=’300px’]

I always knew I had seen this sculpture before. I didn’t know why I had this feeling and I couldn’t pinpoint where I had seen it, but that all changed today while I was researching the history of this sculpture. Indeed, this sculpture called “The Secret Bench” is actually one of many “Secret Benches” designed by internationally renown sculptor Lea Vivot that are scattered around the world from New York, to London, to Toronto, to Prague and even Montreal. Who knew Ottawa was so cool? Going to have to start grabbing pictures of myself on this bench around the world. I […]
