I’ve always been fascinated by this store. For those of you who don’t know it, they sell anything related to maps, travel, and more maps! From basic city maps, to country maps, to world maps, and more, they seem to have it all. Given the nature of this project which involves a pin on a map for every shot I have taken across the city, it just seemed fitting for me to include this store as one of my shots on the 365! Happy Friday! [google_map address=’341′ coordinates=’45.399625,-75.732243′ zoom=’15’ height=’300px’]

As an honour to this day which is Christmas eve, today’s photo is the Nativity Scence above the Ottawa West Support Centre on Wellington Street in Hintonburg. Pretty cool set up. Wasn’t planning on taking another photo in the area for a while, but when I saw it I couldn’t help myself. Don’t forget to check back tomorrow because I will give you guys a little glimpse of my own home […]

Hope you like Plaid! Because today’s post is full of it as yesterday was Ottawa’s 1st Plaid Parade, an event meant to celebrate everything local. While I had hoped to make it to Suzy Q’s Doughnuts for the initial gathering of riders in order to take in all the fashion (and trust me, there were some amazing fashion statements), I ran late and just barely made the start of the Parade. I don’t know how many riders were there, but I must salute everyone who braved the cold and rode in this parade, it was definitely an amazing sight to see standing […]
